From confusion to clarity — and helping others do the same
I’m Paul Jatau - a creative leader, mentor, and thought partner to young people navigating life, character, and direction. My journey hasn’t followed a straight line. I’ve lived the questions many people are afraid to admit they’re asking: Who am I becoming? Am I late? Did I miss my way?

Dropping out of the university was once the moment I tried to hide. It felt like failure, like the end of a story I thought was already written. Over time, it became the beginning of a deeper understanding: growth is not about perfection or appearances, but about alignment. About learning to listen, recalibrate, and move forward with intention. Since then, my work has lived at the intersection of faith, leadership, and business.

I co‑founded Auqli, building Nigeria’s first video‑shopping marketplace, and serve as Director of Outreach at ePlaybooks, working with founders and builders across marketing and e‑commerce. I also convene The Becoming Series - a space for young adults seeking clarity for life, destiny, and responsibility.

Across all of this, my focus remains the same: helping people think clearly about who they are becoming, not just what they are doing. I believe clarity is both a gift and a responsibility. When it arrives, it asks something of us: courage, discipline, and movement.
