Non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or used.

Virtual Events (Webinars)
Registration fees (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the operator.

Refund requests must be made within the stated cancellation window on the event page.

Advisory or One-on-One Services
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to qualify for rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded.

12.3. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued using the original payment method.
